This Piranha is handcrafted in New Zealand from recycled copper.
The Piranha fish is a legendary fresh-water fish that lives in the tropics (None in New Zealand). Known as the "Wolf of the Water," these amazingly designed fish hunt as a perfect pack, not normally leaving any chance of escape for their prey.
Piranhas range in color from yellow to steel-gray to bluish to partly red to almost black. They range from 15-60 cm in length. Piranha have a bulldog-like face with a very large lower jaw and many razor-sharp teeth. The teeth are replaceable; when one is broken off, a new one grows in its place.
The Piranha has developed the perfect anatomy for short, sharp, bursts of speed which coupled with a mouthful of razor sharp teeth, will strip most fish and animals to the bone in next to no time.
